The room was great! I really love the wonderful 24 hour always fresh to make coffee, the single use ice buckets (not the thin plastic bag).And the bright open lobby. The staff was wonderful.

Bed was comfortable. Coffee was good. Juices seemed watered down. Bananas were very green. Hairs in the shower, not very clean. AC either didn't turn on it didn't turn off. Two stays at the same location, first one excellent but second not as great.

The hotel is not new, it’s pretty beat up. The towels were pretty thin and the bathroom shows its age. Only ice machine is on the 1st floor.

Shower from the next room leaked into our bathroom floor and water pressure on the 2nd floor was terrible. Trickle at sink, slow flush weak shower. Staff was nice, clean place, surprisingly quiet given proximity to major shopping area.

Don’t be fooled by the disguise.

The building is nice and new but the workers are not working. Front desk has minimal service, lobby garbage overflowing, no breakfast available, no towels in our bathroom.
