This cozy home is centrally located in the heart of the village of Lewiston. A quick walk from all the shops and restaurants Center Street has to offer, as well as the Lower Niagara River. The whole house has been updated throughout. Enjoy the convenience of a ramp to enter and a first floor bedroom en-suite. The two other spacious bedrooms are upstairs at each end of the house. This home has a great outdoor space with a propane grill and a deck out back. The first floor has a bedroom and full bathroom en-suite, as well as another full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. You will have access to the whole house, less the basement. LVR – Lewiston Vacation Rentals will be available 24 hours a day to help you before, during, and after your stay for any questions, comments or concerns you may have! We have a dedicated team in the area and will be attentive to any future needs to ensure you have the best stay possible.

Darling house with absolutely everything we needed. Centrally located for everything we wanted to do and see. We would definitely stay here again. We were three Niagara University college friends (Class of 1981) visiting other friends in the area.

The property has a very bad odor, musty, although clean, it definitely had moisture which caused that odor. it's in need of repairs, broken hook, nails and screws in the wall, blinds in master don't adjust, and front curtains are too sheer and see through. the front porch front steps are not too code and a trip hazard. the stairs and ramps to side door are the same, boards are coming up and a trip hazard. the trash cans, both of them were full and needed emptying. they attracted yellow jackets, and not a healthy environment. definitely not worth the . this place needs attention
