They assigned a double beds room although I booked queen beds. The room was old and key works after 4/5 tries. The washroom was really small and all the furnitures are super old. The breakfast was OK, although there was eggs in one day and other day there was none. The positive thing is staffs were really nice and helpful.

Staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was decent. Looked sketchy pulling up. Rooms A little dated with the carpet. Odd room design that you walk in to your bathroom counter/sink. But beds and pillows were comfy. Hotel was quiet. Gym location in basement. Looked like basement was under Reno’s. Overall great hotel for the price point.

Disgusting room, horrible staff no accommodation

The carpet floor was sticky and the room smelt like mold we ended up trying to cancel the second night and went to a different hotel the super 8 was terrible at accommodating this and kept telling us we had to go through the 3rd party that we used to book the hotel the 3rd party was great and doing everything they could to try to get us a refund but the super 8 wasnt responding to emails and was zero help breakfast was horrible and cheap i will never be staying at a super 8 and highly suggest others to not stay at the super 8 in lethbridge
