This is an old hotel. The elevators and hallways need upgrading. The room appeared to have had carpet upgrades and the bed was comfortable but we pulled out the extra blanket and it reeked of smoke and which meant we couldn’t use it. Only had interaction with staff upon checkin and they were efficient and accommodating.

Room was CLEAN. Like the layout of the furniture in the room. Lots of power outlets.. didn't have to go crawling under desks to find one! Having a 24 hour restaurant at the bottom of the elevators was a BIG factor in us choosing the Sandman. Staff was polite and helpful. We will stay here again. We were in room 803 and the stopper in the sink would not "pop" up, To drain the sink we had to manually try to lift it up which was frustrating. However, it that's the only thing travelers could find to compalin about, they should get a real life!!

The staff was very nice, but the room was disgustingly dirty (I have photos). It looked liked the linens were swapped, but the floors were disgusting and the coffee table wasn’t even wiped. Gross.

NOPE! The manager just lied to me about a "change in policy"... on top of it the property is surrounded by vagrants and drug users. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Was a pleasant two night stay! Stayed on the 7th floor unfortunately just a bit of a weird smell down the hall & sort of came into the room as well. Almost as if you can still smell the old smoke. The hotel is old so might not be able to do much for it but it was still a good room & place to stay. My Fiance & I went to Denny’s the first night, would not recommend if you’re able to go anywhere other than there for food, i would recommend that. We had a trailer so not the best to get in & out of places so just settled for it but would not recommend Denny’s at all. I would however recommend the Hotel, staff was friendly, room was clean & a quick check in/out.
