Rude staff

Staff at front dask was not good. They never greeted us nor bother to talk, even at couple of occasions they started laughing after seeing us. I find it very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. All customers should be treated equally and with respect regardless of their ethnicity.

I thoroughly appreciated that they accommodated my son staying with me without an additional charge. I would have liked a little variety with the breakfast - bagels now and then, boiled eggs or bacon, and bananas.
