My wife and children had a very nice stay at this location. It was an exceptionally quiet location and the proximity to the beach was nice. The kids loved the beach and the fact that they were able to watch a movie streamed from our apps in the large tv. (Wi-fi was excellent)The cabin had all the necessary items to make their stay comfortable. The kids loved that there was a swing set out back and the outdoor patio area was lovely for the evenings. My wife did mention to the host that upon arrival, there was a strong odour in the cottage. She thought that perhaps the last guest let their wet dog into the house. She did manage to air it out and the host was receptive to investigating after we mentioned this. Overall, reasonable price for the experience.

Overall the property had everything we needed. There were a few cleanliness issues that we had to deal with (dirty dishes in cupboard, bbq grill that needed to be cleaned, not emptied recycling). We really enjoyed our overall experience, the communication with the property owner was outstanding and the location was beautiful. The beds were decently comfortable, good air conditioning in cabin that kept the hot temperature at bay. Nearby Lester Beach was great....not too busy, lots of room but a bit rocky in some areas.

Family getaway

I was impressed that so much was available in the cabin. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals, the equipment easy to find and use. Everything was neat and clean, we each had a bedroom. There were puzzles, movies, games of all kinds for entertaining ourselves. The only disappointments were that we could not use the fire pit and that we had to drive to the beach area and had a bit of a walk from the car to the beach. Being senior ladies this was a problem for us. Getting in touch with the owners was easy, both by message and by phone, and they were quick to be back to me. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Classic cabin experience

As advertised. A well-equipped, cozy cabin. Feels like visiting a friends cabin, in a good way. The hosts have provided all necessary supplies and instructions. Just arrive and enjoy. A few minutes drive to the beach access. Park on the roadside or in the small lot. Beautiful white sand beach, much less crowded than grand beach.
