House of 110m², classified 4*, facing the mythical Vendée Globe channel, a stone's throw from the Chaume quays, historic district. Idyllic setting, 750m from the Grande Plage des Sables (quick access via the "passeur" (water taxi))

Beautiful cycling trips or hikes will take you along the wild coast or towards the beaches, marshes, forest, embankment, pedestrian streets...



The house comprises 4 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 on the 2nd floor: 160 bed with a view of the channel, shower room and separate WC

- Bedroom 2 on the 1st floor with external access: 140 bed, separate bathroom and separate WC

- Bedroom 3 on the ground floor: 140 bed with shower

- Bedroom 4 on the ground floor: sofa bed and TV

On the ground floor a third separate WC



The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hobs, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee maker and a filter coffee maker.
