Un bruit de canalisation permanent toute la nuit avec impossibilitĂ© de dormir ! Le directeur de l’établissement qui est Ă  la rĂ©ception ne s’est pas excusĂ© pour le dĂ©sagrĂ©ment. Il a pris mon mail et mes numĂ©ros de cartes bleue en me disant qu’il procĂ©derait Ă  un remboursement dans la journĂ©e. Je n’ai rien eu et il ne rĂ©pond pas Ă  mes mails, bien sĂ»r. Un scandale a 80€ la nuit de manquer autant de face, d’empathie et de professionnalisme.
