The open-concept main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing and sharing delicious meals.
It opens onto a dining area with an incomparable view. Just beyond, you'll find the living room with its fireplace and comfortable sofas.
Be sure to admire the cathedral ceiling and exposed beams!
This level also includes a bedroom with a Queen bed as well as a full bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find three guest bedrooms, including two with Queen beds and one with two single beds, perfect for children.
You will also find a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower.
On the garden level, you can enjoy a lounge area with an additional TV space.
It is the perfect place to relax!
A powder room with laundry facilities completes this level.
The outdoor area is well appointed with a covered terrace, a dining area and a swing, making it ideal for enjoying summer days.

One of them is located just a few metres from the property: the Seigneurie Maritime Forest Trail. The trailhead can be accessed either from the entrance of the Seigneurie Domain in Les Éboulements or from the Maritime Museum parking lot in Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive.
