Un bon séjour

Bon séjour. Bien situé géographiquement. Super accueil. Petit bémol, ligne de train a proximité. Belle piscine. Grand jardin. Tous équipements. Ideal pour famille, groupes. Et on peut y faire du bruit. Je recommande 👍

Descriptif de la location ne correspondant pas à la réalité

Piscine agréable et bien entretenue. Éléments indiqués dans l'annonce lors de la réservation et non présents sur place : climatisation, table de ping-pong, détecteur de fumée, détecteur de monoxyde de carbone. Baies vitrées (permettant un accès direct à la terrasse) qui ne s'ouvrent pas, une des quatre plaques de cuisson au gaz était cassée. Pour plus de confort, il serait préférable de mettre des verrous aux portes de salles de bain et toilettes, et d'investir dans un micro onde. Les animaux sont acceptés et sont payants selon le bon vouloir de la propriétaire une fois arrivée sur place, et avec comme demande qu'il n'y ait pas même un poil qui traîne en fin de séjour (malgré un supplément ménage payé). Maison pas vraiment calme, en effet une voie de chemin de fer se situe à même pas 100 mètres de la maison. Les trains passent plus ou moins toute la journée et la nuit donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit si vous êtes un minimum sensible au bruit. Si avec ma famille nous avions su qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation et qu'il y avait une voie ferrée aussi proche de la maison, nous ne l'aurions pas louée. Maison qui, à mon sens, ne vaut pas son prix.

Nous avons passé un grand week-end pour fêter l'evjf de ma sœur dans cette super maison avec beaucoup de charme et de calme proche de tout, avec pleins d'activités proche de la maison le TOP ! La propriétaire arrangeante et à l'écoute !

Une belle propriété à rafraichir

Un accueil très sympathique. La propriétaire est très disponible et très gentille. Elle est à l'écoute des vacanciers. La maison a un beau jardin et une belle grande piscine, idéale pour les enfants cependant la maison manque de modernisme comme par exemple certains lits sont petits pour des couples d'adultes ou des salles de bain un peu vieillottes. Une maison sans grand luxe. Par contre, la maison est bien localisée, proche des supermarchés et des sites touristiques ( Avignon, Pont du Gard, Arles ,l'Isle sur la Sorgue, ...)
