Nice hotel in convenient location. Iʻve stayed here three other times. Just wish the key card system could be upgraded. Literally had to reactivate my room key EVERY single time I needed access to my room. Painfully inconvenient!!!

Nice hotel in a convenient location to Centro and stadium areas. Walkable. Room was clean/comfortable and everything worked as intended. Staff was friendly and helpful. I ate in the restaurant several mornings. Food and service were good. There is some noise up until midnight with delivery trucks at a large adjacent hotel but then things quiet down in my experience. Nonetheless I will return if in Leon again.

I stayed at Hoteles Unico Express for 2 nights. I was very happy with my stay. The only thing they can improve on is their water heater tank needs to be fixed. I had to wait a long time for the water to get warm.

I stayed almost 3 weeks & noisy. Almost every single day, you can hear everything from other rooms & above my room. I was in the third floor. Every weekend was way worse and I couldn't call reception, phone doesn't work in my room. I called from my cell phone to complain around 2am. I told the girl to tell other people to quite down. She never did anything about it. They let everyone to walk around the Hall way with kids & many drunk people. Security sucks they only have one guy. He stays in the front of the hotel, never walks up and down. I didn't feel safe and almost every weekend I got no sleep from loud drunk people. The sheets had many long hairs and pillows are way too old. Bed sucks not new either. They need to upgrade the rooms, better security services and put new phones in room that work. I honestly feel that I will never ever again will stay at this hotel. I guess for people that are staying few days is okay. But make sure not to stay in the weekends. Drunk guess will not let you sleep & hotel stuff don't care.
