If you are thinking of renting this house, do it! We stayed here for a long weekend as a group of friends attending the NCAA volleyball playoffs. It was perfect for our group of 6, but could definitely hold more people. It's in a super safe, quaint neighborhood and the house was very welcoming, spacious and comfortable!

Excellent choice!

We stayed here this weekend for my niece’s wedding. It was a perfect fit for our group. Plenty of room for the family. The girls in the wedding got hair and makeup done in the kitchen/dining room. We LOVED the big open floor plan which included the living room. The owners were very responsive and went above and beyond our expectations. Very friendly to talk to and genuinely wanted us to have a great weekend making family memories! Nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. We’d definitely stay here again.

We came with kids and grandson on Amtrak from St Louis. Home was very comfortable, clean, and great location for what the family wanted to do. The Host Ron and his wife where extremely helpful when we blew a fuse late at night. Response was quick and helpful. Thank you so much, we would definitely rent again when visiting KC

Our Annual Company training has been made so much more enjoyable due to the Owner of this house. The Dependable Team will be back again next year. Very easy travel for any Overland park convention center (5-10Min). Check in and out prosses is so simple.

Home Away From Home

Our family had a perfect weekend celebrating the engagement of our son and soon-to-be daughter-in-law. We spoke with Ron and Margaret (through the app) before booking the property to ensure that it would be ok to host a gathering to celebrate the engagement. They were very gracious and excited for our family. We had about 20/25 people over for dinner, and the house served our needs perfectly! The house is comfortable, spacious and clean. All eight of us slept at the house. The only caveat we had was no fault of the owners, but my failure to pay attention to the provided information, there are no products in the showers (which… why would there be; it isn’t a hotel). That was no problem though, we ran to Walgreens that was a few minutes away, and we were all set. Also, there are lots of amenities and restaurants within easy driving distance. We ate pizza at Grinders (less than a mile away) , and it was fantastic! Thanks, Ron and Margaret, for sharing your beautiful home! We will definitely come again!

Fantastic!

We came to town for our daughter's wedding and realized it was going to be much less expensive to rent a house rather than four hotel rooms for three nights. This property was absolutely perfect for everything we needed. When we arrived on Thursday I had a work meeting so asked the owners if we could get in an hour early so I didn't have to do it in a random parking lot. They graciously agreed and we were so thankful!!

NASCAR weekend

The house was big with a lot of room for all of us. Host was great and contacting them for anything was easy. We will be looking to book again for next year as the house was close to what we needed to drive to. Highly recommended house to rent for your occasion.

Weekend in KC

Very pleasant, extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Loved the openness of kitchen, dining area and living room. The host were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. They even took the time to check in with us to see if we needed anything. They also offered recommendations for restaurants too!
