The approximately 50 sqm holiday apartment is located in the annex of the manor and offers a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). In the living room, there is a sofa bed (140x200 cm) where a third person can sleep comfortably. For families with small children, a travel cot and a high chair are available. You also have a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a lockable garage with direct access. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.



Gut Börtewitz is situated on the northern edge of the district of Mittelsachsen, close to the A14 motorway, yet quiet and centrally located between Leipzig and Dresden. The manor was built around 1200 and has a long history with numerous noble owners. Since 2012, it has been owned by the current proprietor. Extensive renovations and conversions have been carried out since 2017, so that the estate now shines in new splendour and delights both locals and travellers. Cyclists benefit from direct access to the Obstland route.



The holiday apartment was freshly renovated in 2022 and offers space for up to three people with its approximately 50 sqm. Shopping facilities are about 7 km away. The region offers numerous excursion destinations, including the Petrified Lake Börtewitz, the Döllnitzbahn, various castles and monasteries, the Kriebstein reservoir, the Leipzig lake district, as well as the cities of Leipzig, Dresden, Torgau, and Meißen. An e-bike rental is also available about 7 km away.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Wir haben die Wohnung bewusst aufgrund ihrer Lage zwischen Leipzig und Dresden gebucht. Wer in beiden Städten etwas unternehmen möchte und gleichzeitig eine ruhige, ländliche Umgebung zu schätzen weiß, für den ist die Ferienwohnung goldrichtig. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Kleine Details wie frische Blumen auf dem Tisch oder Einwahl ins W-lan per QR-Code wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Hier hatte sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht. Wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist. Das erbetene Kinderbett und der Hochstuhl waren bereitgestellt. Zusätzlich gab es noch Kinderspielzeug und -bücher. All dies empfanden wir als sehr aufmerksam. Selbst zusätzliche Spielsachen der Familie konnten von unserer Tochter mitbenutzt werden. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Auto konnte sicher in einer Garage geparkt werden. Insgesamt waren wir äußerst zufrieden. Die Gastgeber sind überaus nett und zuvorkommend. Ein toller Aufenthalt zu einem fairen Preis.

Schöner gepflegter Gutshof,mit außerordentlich freundlichen Gastgebern

Pros: Die Wohnung lag in einem wunderschönen Gutshof und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außer der Lage hat uns der freundliche Empfang durch die Gastgeber gefallen. Zu unserer Freude fanden wir dann noch einen selbstgemachten Johannisbeersirup und eine kalte Flasche Wasser und eine Schale mit frischen Kirschen im Kühlschrank vor, was bei der Hitze (40°) ein Traum war. Außerdem durften wir uns jederzeit an den Kirschbäumen bedienen. Der Wunsch nach einer zweiten Flasche von dem köstlichen Johannisbeersirup wurde sofort erfüllt. Ferner war die Wohnung mit einer eigenen Garage ausgestattet, die man von Wohnung betreten konnte. Wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dagewesen sein und können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Cons: Wir konnten nichts finden.
