The hot tub advertised was in individual rooms, not available to most guests. The interior courtyard and pool was attractive, but our rooms on the outside were small and dingy. The staff was attentive, but struggled to make up for the poor physical condition. The connected Thai restaurant is EXCELLENT!

Before booking I asked if the pool was open. Nothing was said about a limit of swimmers. The pool was completely vacant. My room key stopped working. I had to go to the office. I was told next time if I booked that my room I had only allowed 2 swimmers. That my ID would be blocked from booking again, if more swimmers were present. Debris was on the bottom of the pool. Broken pool noodles in the pool and floatation blow up device. Dirty towels left on the table, trash on another table with shoes underneath. The bar made decent money off of the other adults with me.
