The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous. There was a late night hotel wide text message about a water issue (no water and then no hot water) the following two days the water temperature in the shower changed from warm to ice cold ! There is a tear in the carpet in front of the elevator on the third floor which could be a tripping hazard.
