We are continuously surprised by the incredible customer service and amazing welcome we get EVERY time we come to quebecs. The hotel itself is just stunning and we feel like we have entered luxury everytime. We are usually met by a lady named Joy who is just the loveliest colleague who makes our stay feel special everytime. Also Caroline, the manager is super sweet too, she does her best to make us feel like VIP's This is our favourite place and we will be back!!

As an elderly person, I thought it was difficult getting in/out of shower/bath. No mat so it was slippery. A big step up for a short person. There were a couple of low handles for those using bath, but nothing higher for shower user to grab onto.

A great location near the railway station away from any traffic. Friendly and helpful staff, always able to advise on things to do/places to go. A quiet intimate bar and a spacious room and bathroom. Definitely will stay again.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. Scrambled egg very overcooked and bacon appeared only cooked on one side and underdone. Receptionist was excellent and very helpful and kind offering an upgrade at a reduce price. Room was superb.
