This beautifully renovated home has been designed to offer guests a unique, welcoming space where they can enjoy moments of true relaxation. Located in Acequias, a charming white village in the south of Granada, the house blends traditional rural Andalusian character with carefully handcrafted décor in wood, clay, and stone, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere in every corner.

The entrance welcomes you with a lovely rustic-style patio that sets the tone of the property and leads into a hallway distributing three double bedrooms. Two of them open directly onto a charming private Andalusian-style patio, perfect for enjoying peaceful outdoor moments. On this floor, there is also a spacious bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, the house reveals a bright open-plan living room and kitchen with stunning views over the garden and the valley. The rustic, fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining area and a cozy living space featuring a cast-iron fireplace, air conditioning, a full bathroom, and direct access to the garden.

The outdoor area is one of the true highlights of the property: a magnificent garden with terrace, swimming pool, and mountain views, offering the perfect setting to relax and enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends.
