“Lecco Lakefront Retreat” is a retreat located in the heart of Lecco, overlooking Lake Como. This apartment, located on the third floor, offers modern comfort, a private terrace with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, as well as easy access to local attractions. Consisting of a bedroom and a bathroom, along with a well-equipped kitchen.
Among the services offered to our guests are a TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom equipped with every comfort, as well as Wi-Fi connection to always stay connected.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning in both the living area and the bedroom, to ensure a comfortable stay even during the warmer months.
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace with lake views. In addition, the building is equipped with an elevator to ensure easy access to the third floor.
Leaving the apartment, you are immediately on the suggestive lakefront, which makes it even more pleasant to explore the surrounding area.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
