Completely renewed in spring 2025, this apartment in Lecco offers a unique panoramic position at the point where the Adda River meets Lake Como. From the windows and the small balcony, you can enjoy stunning views of the water framed by the surrounding mountains. The location is strategic: right on the lake promenade, within walking distance of the town center, and perfectly placed for exploring both the lake and the mountains.
The living room is bright and welcoming, with three large full-height windows that open directly onto the view, giving the impression of being right on the water. Furnished in blue tones, it features a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed and 43'' smart TV, a spacious extendable dining table, and a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and kettle, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home.
The apartment includes two comfortable master bedrooms, one with a wardrobe and the other with a walk-in wardrobe. Together with the sofa bed, it can host up to five guests. Each room is air-conditioned, and there is fast Wi-Fi throughout. The bathroom is modern and practical, with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and a sink with a large mirror. A washing machine is also available.
From the living room, you can step out onto the small balcony to enjoy the panoramic view over the river, lake, and surrounding mountains—an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening aperitivo.

Lecco is a lively town on the southeastern branch of Lake Como, known for its beautiful setting between the lake and the surrounding mountains. The town is also closely linked to the works of the Italian writer Alessandro Manzoni, whose novel The Betrothed is set here. Thanks to its position on the Milano–Colico–Valtellina railway line and boat connections across the lake, Lecco is an excellent base for visiting nearby villages, hiking in the mountains, enjoying local food, or taking day trips to other towns on the lake, or to Milan or Bergamo. .
