The location is fantastic, which is hard to capture in photos, and yet very peaceful. The villa is very comfortable and spacious, even for 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 people. Very close to 3 private beaches, a 5-minute walk away. An exceptional, peaceful, and superb seaside estate. The exterior comprises an 1800m² garden with Mediterranean plants, a swimming pool with a large terrace and sun loungers, numerous terraces/balconies surrounding the villa, an outdoor shower, a pétanque court, and parking for 3 cars below. The villa is very quiet thanks to its exceptional location within the estate at the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring peace and quiet, and there are no overlooking properties. The villa is located 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio by car and 5 minutes from grocery stores. 1Gbps fiber optic Wi-Fi connection.
