LECCI: Two-bedroom, air-conditioned ground-floor apartment, 5 minutes from the beach, with 3 pools

This very nice new T2 of 25 m2 air-conditioned is located in Lecci (PORTO VECCHIO), in a para-hotel residence which has 3 outdoor swimming pools (one heated from April to October) with deckchairs and parasol, a bar which offers breakfast, snacks, ice creams. The apartment is air-conditioned. This apartment is called "A MACHJA, Apt 99" (the maquis): it has a magnificent view of the mountain and the Corsican maquis. This apartment is on one level.
You have free parking in the residence, in front of the apartment.
The residence is quiet and very pleasant to spend a good holiday. The residence is surrounded by maquis but is just 2 km from the shops (bakery, SPAR, butcher, organic shop, etc.) and 2 km from the beach of St-Cyprien or Cala Rossa.

The apartment has an air-conditioned living room with an equipped kitchen (hob, microwave oven, extractor hood, crockery and kitchen utensils) and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children, TV (French channels) and a coffee table. This room opens directly onto the balcony. The balcony can accommodate you for your meals and aperitifs, but also for moments of relaxation.
The bedroom has new bedding in 140, a wardrobe-dressing room and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink with its storage unit (a hairdryer is at your disposal).

We can provide you with a baby cot (on request and subject to availability, charged 20€ per stay)
A laundry room is at your disposal in the residence (2 washing machines and a dryer).
There is also a petanque court.

Lecci is located 8km from Porto Vecchio and its port, 30km from Bonifacio, 25 km from Figari airport.
And above all 2km from the beaches of St-Cyprien and Cala Rosa, Benedettu
The apartment is very well placed for the visit of southern Corsica, we promise you a total change of scenery: at everyone's choice, swimming in the sea, water activities (diving, personal watercraft, buoys, .. ) offered on the beaches, boat trips, straw huts for lunch and relaxation on the deckchairs of the beaches, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the natural pools of the Cavu (7 KM) or mountain hikes (the start of the GR 20 is 10 KM away, but there is also the Col de Bavella to admire), the typical Corsican villages (Sartène, Ghisoni, Conca...), stroll through the streets of Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio.

Ideal location for a couple, It is possible to come with 2 children (thanks to the sofa bed), the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Our animal friends are unfortunately not accepted: thank you for your understanding.

When you arrive you will find the beds made as well as your towels. A cleaning will be done at the end of your stay but we can offer you intermediate cleaning as well as regular changes of sheets and towels (services available and can be booked on site or in advance).
