Located in a private and secure domain of 13 small houses, Villa Baia offers an intimate setting ideal for quiet and serene stays, with a large 15x7 meter swimming pool available as well as 2 numbered and secure parking spaces. -

Modern and fully air-conditioned, the 85m2 villa has a large living room of 40m2 bright and open onto two terraces with a plancha as well as two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and another with two 90 cm single beds. -

Villa Baia is perfect for enjoying convivial moments with family or friends, very close to the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. -

Everything necessary for babies/children is provided as we have them ourselves (stair gates, baby bath, high chair, travel cot, night lights, toys...). -

The swimming pool is shared with the other houses and secured with gate and gates. It is accessible 24 hours a day (subject to no noise between 9 pm and 9 am). -

Saint Cyprien beach is 900 metres away and Cala Rossa beach is 3 minutes away by car. -

Hiking trails can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car from Villa Baia and the town of Porto-Vecchio is 12 minutes away. -
