Wonderful place

The place is absolutely great. Location is amazing. Couldn’t be closer to the beach, the latter being beautiful and with almost no other visitors. Other great beaches (with some small restaurants) are at walking distance. Porto Vecchio is a 10/15 minute drive. Small shops are nearby as well, but at driving distance. The house is exactly like the pictures. Simple but functional. We had a small issue with some bad smells coming up from the drain pipes but it was immediately solved. I definitely recommend the place!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt als Familie. Das Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Meer und ist fĂŒr den Ferienaufenthalt gut ausgerĂŒstet. Der Vermieter war jederzeit fĂŒr RĂŒckfragen erreichbar.

Top Lage

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einmalig. Etwa 50m bis zum Strand. Und da dieser ĂŒber wenig Parkmöglichkeiten verfĂŒgt, ist immer sehr wenig los. Die Wohnung selber besitzt einen Privatparkplatz.Zur Klimaanlage: Es sind alle WohnrĂ€ume separat klimatisiert. Selbst bei großer Hitze ist es immer angenehm kĂŒhl. Auch die Terrasse bietet zu jeder Zeit ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen dank eines großen Baumes. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und problemlos.

Idéalement situé, nous avons profité de la plage à 200m, de la terrasse sans vis à vis et au calme, des randos dans l'Alta Roca. Merci à Vanessa pour son accueil ponctuel, simple et efficace.

TrÚs bien situé et confortable

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cette maison. L'intérieur est spacieux, bien équipé et dans un état de propreté irréprochable. La maison possÚde un jardin et une place de parking attitrée, ce qui est un plus! Situé à 3 min à pied d'une jolie petite plage. Nous avons adoré.

Superbe emplacement sur U benedettu. La location apporte tout le nĂ©cessaire ; seul bĂ©mol pour le frigo qui aurait besoin d’un petit « rafraĂźchissement » de la partie congĂ©lateur. J’ajouterai qu’une bouilloire pourrait complĂ©ter Ă©galement l’ensemble. La climatisation apporte un vrai confort et le Wifi fonctionne trĂšs bien. Les sanitaires et la douche sont bons et fonctionnels.

Schönes, einfaches Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus genossen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war nett und hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Das Haus ist in einer "Ferienhaussiedlung" gelegen. Das war vorher nicht klar, aber völlig in Ordnung, da die anderen HĂ€user nicht einsehbar und weiter entfernt waren. Die Klimaanlage des Nachbarhauses hat leider auf Dauer sehr genervt, da sie durchgehend lief und recht laut war. Zudem hat unsere eigene Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Dies wurde vorher nicht gesagt, obwohl die Zimmer mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet waren. Insgesamt aber ein super Urlaub! Ziele in der Umgebung (Gumpen, Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio, Einkauf, Strand) gut erreichbar. Vor allem der direkt angrenzende Strand war toll und sogar in der Hauptsaison sehr leer, so dass Hund Kinder und Erwachsene Spaß hatten.

Superbe maison, trÚs bien placée

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, trÚs bien placé à 50m de la plage. Avec notre fille la localisation était vraiment idéale. Le propriétaire est trÚs gentil. La maison correspond bien aux photos. Le seul point de moins bien, s'il fallait en trouver un, c'est le ménage à notre arrivée qui n'était pas bien fait (ex: sable au sol, terrasse non nettoyé) mais cela reste à la marge. Merci pour cette maison ! Nous reviendrons

Sehr schönes schattiges Haus in geschĂŒtzter Residenz Anlage

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, schön im Schatten und ruhig, andere HĂ€user sind ca 5-15m entfernt, der Strand 50m. Die Terrasse ist sehr schattig und vor Blicken geschĂŒtzt. Von aussen ist es eingebunden in eine parkĂ€hnliche Residenz Anlage, wird regelmĂ€ssig gepflegt und bewacht (5* Hotel in unmittelbarer NĂ€he). Innen ist das Haus eher einfach eingerichtet, aber es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden (keine AC). Es gibt eine Dame, die Bezugsperson ist und telefonisch hilft, wenn man Fragen hat. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfe: Man muss mind. 5 km fahren, um ans nĂ€chste GeschĂ€ft/Kiosk zu kommen. Das Highlight ist der Strand und die Lagune in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Hier können Kinder sorglos spielen, das Wasser ist sehr warm und knietief.

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Strand

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern, 13 und 14 Jahre) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ideal. Ganz nah am Strand. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber fĂŒr einen Badeurlaub war es in Ordnung. Gut war auch, dass es einen extra reservierten PKW-Parkplatz gab.

Schöner Ort

Die Lage ist sehr schön - direkt am Wasser. Das Haus/die Wohnung zeigt starke Gebrauchsspuren - TĂŒren schliessen nicht richtig, WC-Deckel liegt nicht richtig auf, Gardinenstange notdĂŒrftig befestigt. Es war auch nicht sehr sauber. Toll ist die Terrasse und es hat eine SpĂŒlmaschine und Waschmaschine! Wenn zusĂ€tzlich BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher bestellt werden, sind diese sehr teuer. Das sollte bei dem hohen Preis in der Hauptsaison inklusive angeboten werden. Stabiles W-Lan vorhanden!

Romantisches Haus fast direkt am Strand

WohlfĂŒhl-Momente in einem schönen Haus mit toller Terrasse sind quasi garantiert. Anlage mit etwa 10 HĂ€usern ist ganz ruhig und vom Strand bzw. von einer wunderschönen Bucht 100m entfernt. Alles was man erwartet ist da . Die NĂ€he der umstehenden anderen HĂ€user stört nie und alles ist schön und romantisch angelegt. Eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden Volle Empfehlung von uns

Emplacement au top, maison agrĂ©able. L absence de climatisation est un gros problĂšme, mĂȘme avec les ventilateurs difficile de dormir, surtout que les moustiquaires sont pour la plupart cassĂ©es. Pour le reste, idĂ©al pour une famille. La plage est Ă  2 pas et peu frĂ©quentĂ©e.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben uns als Familie mit drei Kindern in den Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Draußen kann man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges und bequemes PlĂ€tzchen finden... Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am wunderschönen StrĂ€nden! FĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe sollte man ein Auto haben. Die Wege sind schon etwas weiter... Wir kommen gerne wieder!

TrĂšs bel endroit...bonne situation Ă  2 pas de la mer

La petite maison est trÚs bien située à 2 pas de la plage dans un ensemble hÎtelier trÚs joli,ombragé et fleuri... La maison est conforme à la description propre...la terrasse est trÚs jolie et ombragée. Seul bemols:pas de climatisation...au mois d' août c' est trÚs difficile!... La decoration est un peu vieillotte,les prises électriques sortent des murs,ke grille pain ne marche pas,pas de bouilloire electrique,3 chaises longues pour une location de 4 personnes...ça peut sembler des détails mais vu le prix de la location ..! Par ailleurs j' ai demandé une facture acquittée au nom d' un des pqrticipants...je ne l' ai pas eu...
