The rooms had stains. The bathroom was disturbingly disgusting. Telling guests they need to clean up after themselves is not customer comfort. The hotel owners failed to understand guest paid to stay, not paying the hotel staffs to tell guests to clean after themselves. There is no reason for a gym since the gym room is a size to fit 3 people.

Came to renfair and stayed here because it was available and affordable (around $130 for a king room for then night). Felt like a giant short-stay motel. Staff was friendly enough. Whole building smelled like it was being covered up with cheap air freshener. Needs a lot of updating. There is a bar/restaurant that appears to be permanently closed. Not much nearby. Wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s a must. See photos

It’s been a few years since we last stayed. It was a pleasure to have free breakfast now included. The food was fresh & hot. Wonderful variety of breakfast options. Renovation will be underway on the rooms. The bathrooms are antiquated but the sleeping areas were perfect. Polite & kind staff during all hours.

I wasn’t sleeping there. I did cancel the same night. I got there. I asked for refund. My kids and I had an extra he feeling as soon we enter in the room. The smelling of the room was too strong for us. I’m sorry if my review is very poor. We didn’t stay for any night. I can’t say nothing about breakfast we were stay there for less than 2 hours.

When I first walked in, IV kind of gotten a sense of the type of hotel I was going to stay at. The photos posted are outdated. I walked into our room it had a pee smell mixed with must. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned In months with a strong pee odor. The tub was chipped up and worn looking. Breakfast wasn't a big selection and not that great and there was no juices only coffee to drink. There bar/restaurant is closed down as well

Cons out dated bathroom, cracked walls that were patched, smelled of dirty mop and fabaloso, breakfast was option of eggs sausage, toast, burnt pancakes, mini muffins, coffee, apple juice, and milk. Nice hotel about 15 mins from Ren Faire. Friendly snd helpful staff. My son forgot his wallet and front desk person went to room to get it and held it for us at front desk. Ok breakfast with good coffee.

Hotels.com shorty sweet with three beds. However they booked me a double room. Upon arrival I was told I could only get a single room with two beds. They insisted that my family sleep on the floor like a dog. There are immediate safety hazards and fire code violations in the rooms. The non-smoking room smelled of roach spray. The air conditioner was spewing out some type of mist. The staff was very friendly. The carpet floors were sticky. The light by the room door flickered when the TV was turned on. Hotels.com refused to find me another hotel for the accommodations that I needed for my family because " I had already checked into the room ". The hotel refused to accommodate my needs for my family because supposedly there was no other room in the hotel. The free breakfast food was horrible also. Lebanon code enforcement needs to go through that place with a fine tooth comb. I will never stay there again and I suggest that you do not either.

We recently stayed at the Inn at Lebanon - Hershey & Manheim area. You get what you pay for - a cheap hotel, with plaster on the walls, dirty caulk around the sink and shower, and I even killed a cockroach. We are requesting a full refund. Stay somewhere else.
