Just what I needed

Don’t judge a book by its cover! Very nondescript outside, but nice, clean rooms inside. Great, no, amazing value for the price! Walking distance to a few restaurants. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Even though the hotel looks old and a bit rough from the outside, its very nice! The room was comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, everything was clean. The man who checked us in was super friendly and noce to chat with! I would stay there again, and will recommend it to friends and family! Great hotel for the cost!

The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. This is not the hotel to stay in if you are someone who is specific about cleanliness, and comfort. We stayed for just one night and probably could not do any more than that. Price was cheap and accurate.

Great place for Hershey Park Visit

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We went for two nights and it was a very comfortable place for our short trip. Only negative was they only made up one of the beds when the cleaned the room and I wish they had more toiletries.

The lobby did not look like the picture. Sometimes you would have to wait for a staff member to come to the desk from the back. There was 1 small elevator in the lobby and the rest of the way to your room was outside. I found it more convenient to use The stairs near our room, but they were not well lit at night.

The floors were extremely dirty. Children walking barefoot had the bottoms of their feet turn black. The facility needs to mop the floors regularly rather than just sweeping. There were numerous cobwebs and insects in the rooms, as well as large sections of paint peeling from the ceiling. Several lights in the room were also not functioning.

Cant believe what you see.

I chose this place because of the proximity to Hershey Park, the price and the pictures shown on Hotels.com. I was very disappointed in the front desk area. It was nothing like the pictures on the website. It was not warm and inviting like the pictures showed. It was dark blue and very old looking. The paint was chipping off the walls. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I mentioned it to the check in clerk and she said "Oh they decided to remodel it." It definitely needs remodeled again. The floor in the room was very dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a washcloth. It was filthy. I will never stay here again. I didn't expect a luxury hotel, but for what I paid, much better than this. I have paid less for nicer hotels.
