Welcome to Trails Edge Unit A! Nestled above a brewery and pizzeria (if that doesn’t say vacation we don’t know what does) this first-rate condo is sure to charm your socks off!

This pet-friendly, two-level unit is beautifully situated for a small family or a few friends to experience the best of Leavenworth. Pull into your designated parking space (that’s right, no need to pay for parking) and ascend the stairs to your front door. You’ll be greeted by a generous tiled foyer that leads to an open-concept space allowing your friends and family ample room to congregate. You’ll be delighted by the warm wooden cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen and find everything you need to whip up something delicious. The plush sofas will beckon you to sit, relax, and enjoy as a movie plays or a great conversation unfolds filled with hearty laughter and all the ingredients for making memories. A balcony just off the dining room offers a peaceful perch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

On the top level of this primo pad are two bedrooms, the first is a king ensuite and the second has a queen bed and a dedicated full bathroom down the hall. Both bedrooms also offer balconies allowing you an airy place to glimpse treetops and some green space, this condo faces away from our downtown so you’ll have all the conveniences of this supreme location with a little respite from the crowd.

Steps from your parking space are the downtown streets of Leavenworth bursting with eateries, boutique shops, wine rooms, and galleries. Turn the other direction and you’ll find you are at the opening to the Waterfront Park trail system that follows the Wenatchee River and encircles Blackbird Island. It is an enchanting area to sit on a sandy beach, birdwatch, or simply stroll the paths admiring the flora and fauna of our little mountain town.

This is a second-floor condo and you will need to climb a set of stairs to get to the unit. No elevator is available.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

The location was amazing! We had everything we needed and it was perfect for our first trip to Leavenworth. We went at the end of February so nothing was crowded and even got to enjoy some sunshine. The kitchen is well stocked and having 2.5 bathrooms was nice even for no our small family. We wished we had access to washer and dryer because we were traveling with our newborn who goes through a lot of clothes but we packed extra and was fine. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was also convenient (it was a little tight for our Ford F150 when someone is parked next to you but doable). The brewery downstairs was also a big plus!

Being close to the pull out for floating down the river was awesome and the company staff were super responsive! Being able to walk to dinner and shops was nice as was having a dedicated parking spot. Little disappointed that we were above the alley with a very ugly power line in our view and the noise of the deliveries to Blewett Brewery downstairs not to mention the garbage truck early Monday morning and recycle truck? early Tuesday morning. Had an accumulation of pet hair on socks after walking around the apartment. And it was VERY hard cooking without a spatula, especially pancakes! But we were with our son and family so we still had a great time.

My family was quite comfy for the weekend here. The location is great & having a reserved parking space was fabulous. We loved walking just a few steps to get bagels & coffee in the morning & enjoyed pizza from downstairs one evening. Grateful for the stay, and would definitely book again if/when we return.

Great Leavenworth Location

Location is fantastic and above Blewett Brewery. They have great beer and pizza. We stayed in Spring so not as noisy or as crowded in Leavenworth this time of year. The property overall is nice but could use some minor repairs and upgrades. The primary closet could be more functional than it's current state.It was clean, comfortable, and overall pretty quiet.It's really close to everything including the water front park. It's a dog friendly place as well. We would stay there again

Enjoyed our stay

The property was close for walking to everything, we each had comfortable beds and the kitchen had what we needed when we ate in. Check in for key and door entrys worked. A nice balcony off the back and in the master bedroom to drink coffee or relax. Very nice large table and chairs for games and meals. A couple light bulbs were out above table and in kitchen. Carpet could use a steam clean. bit For the most part it was an excellent place and location. The parking is tight between dumpsters garbage cans and other cars and delivery of items for the business below but we made it work. We would stay again.
