Arrived after dark to Leavenworth shortly after the whole town lost power with many roads impassable. We were thankful to have a place to stay even without power. In the morning staff gave us the option of staying or leaving with no charge for the room, some food and assistance finding open roads. Great customer service. Hope to be back. Thank You.

2nd time at this hotel. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, especially traveling on the Amtrak and getting to the property late. They waited for me so that i could check in. Thank you ao very much! Very convenient location.

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff were lovely. The breakfast was delicious. My only suggestion would be to stay on the top floor. Every time someone used water (sink, shower, toilet) above us it was quite loud and even woke us from sleep.

Great location! Very close to downtown, clean and friendly staff. The only downside was it was a little noisy as the walls are very thin. But, if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to stay-this is perfect!

The room was as expected - bathroom tiny - in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was snack worthy and helped until lunch time. I could have used less political talk. Your place is empty not because the Canadians are upset with the President. Nobody figured out how to switch the refrigerator door to open opposite away from the wall. Short walk to downtown

Staff was so incredibly kind. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast spread had homemade baked goods each morning along with many other options. Coffee was ALWAYS hot and fresh. The location was walkable to all Leavenworth offers and was SO quiet at night. We would highly recommended. Traveled as a family of 5 for reference.

The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit smaller than expected, there wasn't a table to eat at or play games in the evening. The staff were polite and helpful when needed and the location is just a few minute walk to the Leavenworth hub. While the hotel doesn’t have many standout features, it provided everything necessary for a pleasant stay with the basics covered.

Clean rooms, extremely accommodating and kind staff (they helped us check in early). Location is great, just 5 minutes walk from the main attractions. Nice breakfast spread too. A bit dated interiors but nicely maintained and your room door opens to the parking lot but overall still quiet, we didn't have trouble getting a good rest. The heating works great, very cozy room after a cold walk in downtown! A solid choice for the price, location and amenities for sure.
