3 hours 30 minutes by TGV from Paris, ideally located in a quiet and secure area, one kilometer from the train station, 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and the city center, and only 5 minutes walk from the port, this holiday home of about 110 m2 will seduce you for its conviviality offered in particular by its sunny south-facing veranda, and its garden decorated with rose bushes and fruit trees. Practical, functional, and well equipped, it has been perfectly designed to welcome you whether you are a couple, a family with your children and possibly your pets.
On the first floor, you will enjoy a living room dining room with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double bed and 2 single beds, as well as a sink with toilet.
The house is equipped with TNT TV, WI-FI, washing machine, gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, plancha, barbecue, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, pillows and duvets, you will only need to bring your sheets. For magnificent walks along the "wild coast", in one of the most beautiful bays in the world, bicycles await you to visit Batz-sur-Mer and Le Croisic or stroll among the salt marshes of Guérande when the setting sun is reflected. To park, private parking spaces are reserved in front of the house.
