Located on the slipway of the Landriais, the house offers a breathtaking view of the Rance river with direct access at the bottom of the garden to the river. Semi-detached on one side, it has direct access to the street and the river on the other side. The gardens, located at the front and back, add a touch of greenery. The house extends over two floors and a terrace on the first floor offering an unobstructed view of the back.
The customs path that runs along the coast offers walks along the magnificent Rance bank. Ideal for your morning jog.
Dinard is 15 minutes away by car and Saint Malo 20 minutes. A delicatessen located in the centre of Minihic offers quality regional products. All shops are 10 minutes away by car.
