The house is close to the beach about 10 minutes walk, cycle path at the exit of the housing development and close to the city center. Living room – dining room: bright thanks to two large French windows and a glass entrance door. It gives access to the two gardens. The space is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a dining table and a decoration that is both sober and warm: a simple, functional space, where you can live together easily.
