The apartment: This comfortable studio apartment sleeps 3 people (2 adults and 1 children or young teenager). (Reversible air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet).
Located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey secure residence with no lift, it has 2 beds (3 maximum) for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the private car park at the foot of the residence during your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request, 30 euro supplement* * * Pre-registered deposit of 300 not debited, with registration fee of 5.96 euro.*

Main room:
The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the Port Camargue marina, where you can enjoy good meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as brandade, the famous monkfish bourride, gardiane de taureau (bull stew), rouille graulène (different from rouille sétoise)... Take the time to discover the different vineyards whose specialities are organic sand wine and Pics St Loup!

Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, **Nespresso coffee machine **, toaster and kettle) with a round table for 4 people where you can enjoy your meals and entertain guests.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *A sheet and towel kit will be provided upon reservation for 20 euros for 2 people.*

In the cabin: 1 x 70 one bed, 65 x 65 cm square pillows, duvet, for children and/or teenager.

Location: Ideally located on the Quai d'Honneur in Port Camargue, near the North Beach with its bay overlooking La Grande Motte, 600 metres from the shops in the Camargue 2000 shopping centre, at the foot of the residence with restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars and entertainment in the North Beach district opposite. This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers returning from fishing through the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina, Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an iconic location for yachts, sailing boats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the Quai d'Honneur and Lapérouse promenades and follow the flight of the flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
