Crossing apartment of 40 m² located on the 1st floor of a secure residence 200 m from the beach, behind the Vog cinema, right bank of the Grau-du roi.
Small shopping center (bakery, butcher, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, mini-market, bars and restaurants), market. Children's playground. 10 min walk from the city center and 5 min super U. The area is quiet and very family (not at all the crowd of the left bank)
The apartment consists of a spacious and very bright living room (flat screen TV), a kitchen open to the living room (hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, electric coffee maker, senseo) a bedroom, a bathroom and toilet (renovated), and a terrace (garden table for 6 people).
There are 4 beds: a sofa bed in the living room and a 160 bed in the bedroom;
There is a small parking lot in the residence but the spaces are free to access. There is no problem parking in the streets around the residence
