Très déçue.Nous sommes arrivés, le ménage n’était pas fait. Je n’avais pas de wifi. Appareil wifi déposé le lendemain. Je demande donc un remboursement pour le ménage ainsi que pour 2 appareils wifi non réceptionné et une nuitée pour le 3 eme appareil

Appartement bien agencé, claire avec un balcon très agréable. Bémol : mal insonorisé. On entend tout ce qui ce passe au dessus et à côté. Manque de casserole pour 6 personnes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation

nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement bien situé et fonctionnnel. l'immeuble était propre mais le logement (vaisselle et sol) n'était pas très propre La localisation de l'entrée (2 entrées dont la mauvaise indiquée par waze) et du logement( indication de l'accès par l'extérieur et non par l'ascenceur) portait à confusion, une fiche descriptive aurait été la bienvenue. La remise des clés s'est bien effectuée. service hotline moyen

Super appartement, très propre. A notre arrivée nous avons eu le droit à une boîte avec divers produits (ménagé, lave vaisselle, éponge …). Garage compris. Seul petit bémol, le fond de la piscine était sale. Mais sinon rien de méchant. A refaire. Je recommande.

Bel appartement mais accueil lamentable

Bel appartement,bien équipé et bien situé dans un quartier calme,proche du centre ville. Par contre le personnel de l'agence Interhome est totalement inefficace:il a fallu attendre plus d'une heure pour avoir les clés car le ménage n'était pas fini à 16h (heure d'ouverture de l'agence),les codes d'accés à la résidence n'ont pas été donnés (ils nous ont été communiqués par le réceptionniste de la résidence),numéro de box du garage non donné,taies d'oreiller pour 1 personne au lieu de 2comme prévu

aller dans le sud, sans se renseigner sur la climatisation de l'apprt. a été une grossière erreur !! l'appartement comme la résidence aurait besoin d'un bon coup de peinture. bien situé, grande piscine , il afudrait peu de choses pour que ce soit parfait.

gros problème, le sud sans climatisation, au moins un ventilateur.... ce serait un minimum, voir un plus. nous n'y serions pas allés si je m'étais mieux renseignée... appartement qui nécessiterait un sérieux coup de peinture.
