"Condo was very nice - Dave the property manage was very quick to respond to any and all questions. The ocean view was worth it! We did see a turtle every evening, one evening saw a whale with her calf, and was able to see the Atlantis submarine. Air conditioners in each bedroom that you could set. Was a perfect place and would come back to this same spot again!!!"

"The view and location here are unbeatable! Right on the ocean, and close to everything in town. The most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in, everything you needed was available in the kitchen, several garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, you usually only get two of each of these things. Beds were comfortable and the showers were really cool. We had some issues with the AC when we arrived, but the property manager Kevin was very responsive. Only suggestion is for condo owners to purchase new living room furniture. It's starting to show wear and tear, and two of the recliners do not work. "

"Clean property, perfect fit for family of 4, and a special patio looking straight out to the ocean. I spent every morning and evening on the patio. Peaceful perfection. Everything was clean, the kitchen has all the tools one would need, and the location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do including a grocery store and 2 restaurants within about 10min.The negatives were not enough to sway us on how we felt but should be mentioned. Small ants or something like that will appear in the kitchen if you leave ANYTHING out but this is expected at most beach spots we've stayed at. There were also a few water damaged areas from leaking AC units. Like I said, this didn't effect our visit but over time it could cause more of an issue. Lastly the neighbor that lives there but is selling her property was a bit of a distraction watching tv loudly with doors open even at 7am and loudly giving home tours to potential buyers. Hopefully she sells soon and then this will no longer be an issue.Overall the property was exactly what we wanted. To be able to walk straight across the yard to sit by the water was priceless. Lahaina is still rebuilding so I assume the area will get better and better and we will definitely return in the future. "

"This was an excellent experience for our family! Great communication from Caitlin, the condo is exactly what was advertised and the location is really convenient. Our family enjoyed the peacefulness of the beautiful views and the space to spread out after time spent exploring everywhere. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the community because we spent so much of our time exploring other parts of Maui. We did enjoy the whales in the morning and the sunsets at night. We didn’t want to leave. Mahalo Maui! "

"We visited Maui doing the horrific flooding in the islands. Despite this, we quickly realize that we were in the best vacation property on the island. We’ve got a beautiful view of the ocean from the breakfast and bedroom lanai. Everything was thought of to make us stay very comfortable. We plan on returning! I would highly recommend the property."
