They said were full, moved me to Hotel next door, Thunderbird. Had a nice shower, clean. However is not very nice outside and a rough area on strip. Is my opinion. Used to MGM properties on strip.

I am disabled and there were no ramps available near the room. The room on the outside did not accommodate for wheelchair use. There was no bathroom door and I shared a room with a family member because I sometimes fall. I was supposed to be there 2 nights had paid for both nights but left a day early. Would not recommend if disabled.

Good if you're looking for a room and a bed. You're there for Vegas not the room you stay in. We love staying here because it affordable, clean, always in a great price range, and nothing is to far away. For Uber or to just drive yourself.

Check-in is a long process, they copy everyone’s IDs. Charge an extra $11. Rooms are fine. Bathrooms are fine. Not 100% clean. Beds are loud, uncomfortable and on wheels. Walls are thin. A dog next door barked and howled all night. Can hear nearby TVs. Front desk employee was courteous and efficient.

They didn’t clean my room for six days when I asked them every day, open rooms all around me that homeless went into parting throughout the night. Construction going on everywhere, combative and aggressive staff and construction crew. I was professional and kind even though I was not treated that way in return. Mary was nice, but she retired yesterday, so good luck with that, I was told a manager would call, they never did, I drove to Golden Gaming’s Corporate Office yesterday and was assured a call back, didn’t happen, hence this review.

It’s in downtown. Had a hard time finding the office and the front desk staff got frustrated on the phone. This place is busy. Cheap and nice place to sleep and rest if you will be out and about at the strip all day.

First off no pool, photo of a pool...but no pool. No bar fridge either even with the upgrade I purchased. Had an issue not being able to pay for late checkout. Weren't even able to move me to another room to help with my 11:30pm flight. There you have it for $100 Canadian a night. No resort fees though! 24 dispensery is down the road so that was a plus too.
