Upon check-in, we were assigned a room with a dirty bed, which required us to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had issues — one bed was clean, but the other was not. We ended up using the clean bed.
Additionally, the room was in need of maintenance. The sink drained very slowly, the carpet appeared unclean, and the walls were in need of repainting. In the bathroom, the raised tub posed a safety concern, as we had to be cautious not to injure our legs while moving around.
Despite these inconveniences, I have not received a proper refund for the room. I kindly request a detailed receipt showing all charges and adjustments related to our stay.
