We booked the room for 4 days, and when we got there, they were all sold out of the room that we booked. So we were given a room with two double beds. When we booked a room with a King bed. Then the manager came and told us that they didn’t have to even give us a room since our plane had us getting there after 12am. Just ridiculous! Will never stay at the Sahara again!

arrived later than planned. Received a modern room in a closer tower; #31026. Everything matched the pictures. Comfortable bed, great shower. No elevator issues. Had a great sleep for my 1 night's stay. Needed more communication about the valet parking situation late at night. But would stay here again...

Jonathan was accommodating in getting an early check-in for us. Rizza was very informative regarding the rental process for cabanas and more at the pool. Assante - a bartender at the pool bar - was very informative of a new tequila that I hadn’t heard of. We stayed in a Marta Style Queen room and it was beautiful. My only complaint is there needs to be a light switch between the beds to control lighting in the entire room. The only master switch exists by the door. Other than that, we had a great stay, and we will be back when Maroon Steakhouse opens.

I don’t feel this room matched the other reviews, our room had a strong smoke smell and I called to let them know we are uncomfortable and they just offered subreez. Bed spring was naming our side. Won’t come Back.

Our initial room was tiny and oddly shaped, so we switched rooms. The next room they gave us still had people staying in it, so clearly that was a mistake which required us to go all the way back down to the front desk. The 3rd room was an adequate size, and a normal shape. The tv was too small given how far away it was from the bed, but that ended up being the least of our problems. Despite keeping the blinds closed during the day, the air conditioning couldn't cool the room, which made the room rather uncomfortable. However, an even bigger problem was the constant smell of marijuana coming from other rooms which made our stay quite unpleasant. In addition, Sahara still allows smoking indoors, but their ventilation system isn't efficient enough to clean the air, so it smelled like smoke all the time. That is something we simply should not have to deal with in 2025. We notified Sahara of our concerns but nobody tracked us down to discuss them. We were extremely disappointed in the Sahara and do not see ourselves returning. There are simply too many options in Las Vegas to have to tolerate these shortcomings.
