Property was clean, staff was courteous, the location was convenient, and safe. I traveled with my 13 year old daughter and felt safe with her. Also a plus that the room did not smell like smoke like some of the other nearby hotels. The room was really nice for the price. Did not stay long enough to have a meal

My stay was not so good I didn't stay at all any of the days , I would like to get my money back The presents of the hotel wasn't appealing The doors of the hotel were Warren had duct tape on it coming a little loose The doors weren't closed soon as you walk into the door the smoke was so unbearable also we had hotel guests whose doors weren't lockable closable and had to have maintenance come up and fix the door instead of changing the room The air conditioner unit was old and worn out I would really like to have my money back. Wyndham holds a high reputation and this one hotel was not. Wyndham's management need to come out and investigate the hotel to see the condition also the restroom shower had mold around the base of the shower needs to be replaced or refurbished and investigation needs to happen about the conditions of this hotel.

Our servers at the steakhouse restaurant were great but the maitre'd/manager was rude. I upgraded to a deluxe king room. The promised fridge for my medication was missing but one was eventually brought from another room. The rooms table was so wonky we were afraid to put anything on it. And finally , the air conditioner had 2 speeds, roaring or off. Not a good stay and the 2nd Ramada we've been disappointed in. Won't be returning.

This hotel is okay, a little run down but decent. If you are a non-smoker do not stay here. The entrance, lobby, elevators, restaurants all stink. The room somehow didn’t. If you can hold your breath for 4 minutes it’s okay.

Did not have the opportunity to use the bar. Would prefer if it was less smoky in the casino area. We didnt have the correct coffee cups for the room but a trip down to the check in desk solved the problem. Staff was very accommodating.
