The room was spacious and very clean. Loved the balcony view of the strip. The original room I was placed in had an old shower head that sprayed water all over the place. I had to go back down to the front desk and ask for a new room. I did notice that in both rooms, the bathroom sinks drained extremely slow. Other than that my stay was great.

The room was clean overall, except for some pink mold in the corner of the bathtub. Luckily, I had a cleaning agent with me and was able to remove it. I took a bath in it twice — it’s the deepest bathtub I’ve ever been in. The fridge worked fine, especially compared to some of the complaints I’d read on other rating sites. The room also included utensils and a functioning microwave, which was convenient. Aside from that, the service was good and very professional. I’d like to thank the person who checked me in and out; he was very professional with no attitude at all. I may come back again for another concert event. Thank you for the service!

The room was nice, but the bathtub had a lot of dirt or sand from a previous guest, the balcony was locked, and the fireplace didn't work. We didn't get to use the space as intended so it was a waste of a stay sadly.

Clean, spacious room. Very nice bathroom. Deep/jetted tub. Nice view of the city at night. The check in took a little long because they couldn’t find my reservation which wasn’t so bad. Only down side was getting woken up twice in the middle of the night by people screaming profanity at each other in the hallway but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable, but what I enjoyed most was the bathtub. It’s big enough to have a nice warm bubble bath. The check in process was easy and the person at the counter was extremely helpful and nice. The only downside was the parking, valet was always full the 3 nights I stayed, the parking garage is not very accessible from the hotel lobby, but other than that , it was a great experience

Hey, it’s your girl Charlene with SingleMamaTravelista, coming to you with another real-life Vegas hotel review—Lexi and mommy Thanksgiving tradition edition! This year, we stayed at Palms Place Hotel and Casino, and it was such a beautiful experience. We were up on the 52nd floor (or close to it), with a balcony and views that made you stop and take it all in. The room felt more like a chic studio apartment than a hotel—clean, spacious, and calming. The bathroom even had a deep jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a long Vegas day. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but once we reached the front desk, it was worth the wait. Natasha was amazing—kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. That level of service always matters to me. Highlights of our stay—which honestly deserve their own reviews—include the connected casino, the spa (small, quaint, clean, and relaxing with a massage that was totally worth it), the A.Y.C.E. Buffet on Thanksgiving Day (whew!), and the attached theater, which made dinner-and-a-show effortless. Here’s the real tea: Our main stay for the week is at the Venetian, and every year on our last night, we switch hotels to see if something else could compete. Palms Place definitely gave it a run for its money. Off strip, different, more contemporary vibe— if that’s what you’re looking for, this place is a peaceful oasis. Pics coming, but trust me—Palms Place is a yes.

I have stayed here for years and recently not the same. Restaurant closed, only food after 1\2 mile hike to noisy / loud / smoky casino for food. Bad / slow housekeeping. Hot water problems. So sorry to report. Next trip to LV will be to find new property.
