This space is a cozy APARTMENT well appointed inside, with a beautiful oasis outside. This rental includes the apartment, AS WELL AS the private pool and Gazebo! The Centennial Hills neighborhood is minutes from hiking, parks, shopping, dining, PAIUTE GOLFING, Valley of Fire, Tulie Springs, Gilcrease farms, and nightlife. Enjoy a day swim in the pool & an evening of drinks and fun in the Gazebo. Prices quoted are for 2 guests. EXTRA GUEST FEE IS $100.OO PER NITE PER GUEST. If bringing a dog you must indicate this when you book. There is a $75 dog fee per dog. Small portable washer/dry in apartment. Laundry pick up (service and fold) available for additional fee.
