Everyone was nice and friendly, when we left they said goodbye by my first name, loved that. We had an older room, needed a few more plugs. When you first walk in you see the fireplace, like you walked into a large cabin, gives you a homey feeling. Lots of trails to walk. Lots of casinos, can't wait to eat at the Mexican restaurant. Lots of amenities to do. Very pet friendly. We have booked a room again for our trip home. Looking forward to hiking.

We did not stay the second night. The lady that checked us in was wonderful and happy at ten at night. The next day we decided to move on and not stay. The young lady we spoke with must have been having a bad morning as she was not as nice as the previous person.

This hotel is situated right next to the entrance of the Hoover Dam site and is very conveneient to vivist the site. We visited in November off season and the price was very reasonable. Parking is easy. The receptionist took some time to record all ID deatils however we wer eventually le tinto a large room on the Dam side of the hotel. The room was large and adequatley equiped, although was quite dated. No breakfast was offered but the hotel has multiple food outlets in the lobby. Overall an adequate nights stay. I would rate this hotel at mid 3 stars.

The room was very clean, the staff extremey courteous and helpful. We have stayed there before and loved it. However, they no longer have a restaurant, only bar food that is not very good. We were looking forward to eating at the Bighorn cafe because the food and service was good. They closed the restaurant. I won't stay there again until they reopen the restaurant. Such a pity because it is a beautiful hotel with many amenities.

The room was the least expensive available and was fine. The toilet and shower leaked and we notified the staff upon checkout but it wasn't a problem, we were just concerned about water waste. They wrote it up right away for repair. The Casino does not have any table games and is all slots and video poker, presumably some Keno as well. Was hoping they had some bubble craps machines but, they didn't. No sit down eating there except at the General store. We didn't try any of the other restaurants while we there but the prices looked very reasonable. For the price, it was a nice little getaway.
