Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon departure, Please make sure all (OPENED) food in refrigerator and (OPENED) food inside cabinets are discarded. Please wash any Pots, Pans, Dishes and Silverware that was used.
Please turn off all Lighting, Gas, AC/ Heating system before departure. Please place all Inside/outside furniture back in its original setting before checkout. We charge a reset fee $50. Thank you
Please remove all Linen/ Towels and place them in the laundry area. Safe Travels and we thank you again for choosing Hendersons Comfort Home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please no shoes on the carpet stairs. We have comp slips and shoe stand for your shoes. Additional pet can be negotiated before check-in (monthly fee)

Home Shopping In LasVegas

What a great place to stay. Everything to make one feel at home; the large screen tv was nice for evening viewing and the pool was perfect, just lovely for an early morning dip or evening outdoors with a cool beverage. Nice beach towels for the pool and a washer and dryer in the kitchen worked so nice to keep them fresh during the stay. A most comfy bed in the master and our guests said the others were great too! The master suite was large with double sinks, plenty of nice fluffy towels. And I loved the little desk for my computer that I travel with in the master suite. It was even stocked with paper for the printer that was provided. We want to stay again, we would buy the place, but it was not for sale!!
