The room was amazing. Spotless, everything in its perfect place. My room was basically an apartment, full of everything you’d need. Ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, and a gorgeous luxury bathroom plus more! It’s right on the strip so anything you wanna do in Vegas you are basically right there. A $10 taxi away at most. The hotel lobby is absolutely luxurious. Theres a gorgeous pool and hot tub for those who want to relax. The lobby is separated from the rooms and you have to be checked in with a keycard to get up to the rooms! This is a wonderful safety feature for all those who come to stay at this hotel. My room also came with a dish washer, thermostat, as well as a washer and dryer combo for your convenience! Oh and beach towels, 4 of them! Staff at the front desk was amazing, she worked with me to help me get into my room when my card wasn’t working. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a Las Vegas 5 star hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—our rooms truly felt like a home away from home. The full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and the in-unit washer and dryer made our stay feel effortless. Everything was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed for comfort and convenience. The only drawback was the complimentary shuttle arrangement with a sister property. The shuttle info card listed the wrong pickup location, and after receiving conflicting directions from staff at both hotels over the phone, we ended up missing the shuttle entirely. This nearly caused us to miss a show we had tickets for, which was frustrating and stressful. Aside from that misstep, the hotel itself was excellent. If they can clarify the shuttle logistics for future guests, this would easily be a five-star experience.

The place is spacious, clean and has a kitchen, living room and washer and dryer. Our hot water was inconsistent (not hot) and we had to have someone come into the room on two separate occasions to fix the hot water issue. Our room keys would stop working and we had to go back to the front desk almost daily (we were on level 5) to have them reset our room keys. One morning the fire alarm went off at 6am and the whole hotel was evacuated. No one knew why and there was no communication from the staff as to why the alarm went off and everyone evacuated. Then everyone went back in without the staff telling us why we had to evacuate or if it was safe to go back in. When asked about the incident later, the lead security and front desk people said they had no idea what happened and that maybe it was just a system glitch. Probably won’t be staying here again due to the issues experienced here.

Problems with deposit

The hotel refuses to return our deposit, claiming they cannot locate our reservation. Staff have been really unhelpful. Moreover, the hotel is a good 20 min walk from the strip. There is a bus service every 30 min that we were never able to use. We also requested a kettle that was never delivered to our room.

I love this hotel. It’s a great place. If you just want a little bit of quiet time away from the strip if you’re visiting Vegas. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are really nice and spacious. Full-size refrigerators, microwave and kitchen so you can cook your own food. The customer service is great and they have coffee, hot chocolate, and freshwater in the lobby. Parking is free and there is no casino, but they have a shuttle that drops you off at the strip and it runs throughout the day.
