We never stayed at hotel. We pulled into parking lot and it looked abandoned. Mattresses on the balconies,trash in the parking lot,place was in deplorable condition. Went to front desk to cancel our stay. In the process of trying to get a refund. Expedia please remove this hotel from your list to stay.

We stay here 2x a year when we travel , the check in and check out process is easy and smooth, but we have noticed the upkeep and cleaning of the property has declined significantly. The carpets need cleaning (badly), the rooms are not super clean and there is always trash on the property, outside the rooms etc (example there was a coffee cup sitting outside our door with cigarette buds as well as a random battery and a beer can). I’m sure this is a high traffic area since the property is near the border but the cleaning needs a huge improvement.
