The staff were friendly and helpful as always. Good options in the room not as kid friendly as expected. Breakfast needs a simpler option than a buffet or a set menu. A simple cafe. Room was lovely. Clean and everything worked. Coffee machine was awesome.

This is the second time that we stayed in this Disneyland Hotel. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcomed and valued. I liked all the extras available at the Club level and loved the location which is a convenient walk to the Park and short taxi ride from the airport. A big let down is that the hotel is well and truly showing its age and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The carpet looks tired, doors need a new coat of paint, the bathroom tiles old and crack only patched by ever thicker sealant, and there is extensive moulding in the shower area creating an unpleasant smell. The premium price charged only be justified by being a Disney branded hotel next to a theme park.

Very typical Disney hotels, food is even more expensive than Disneyland and it is in the middle of nowhere because it is Disneyland.

What a fabulous hotel, meticulously kept and very professional. Check in was delightful and in entering our room, it was stunning. We had the harbour view with balcony. We paid a little extra for the party package and that certainly was worthwhile. Excellent amenities with that lovely Disney feel. Room service was amazing so we decided to have this every night! Our five day stay could not be faulted. A special thank you to the staff who arranged my hospital trip for my eye early morning - they certainly go the extra mile at this hotel. Absolutely loved our stay and would go again. Staff were attentive to the very end (taxi to airport). Very helpful in guiding us in which taxi to book. Loved that there was Disney themed activities. Slight bummer that outdoor pool was under maintenance but at least there was an indoor pool. The change rooms near there lacked appropriate facilities for changing a baby. Would be great if there was a change table.
