The room was not as clean as it could have been. There was a disgusting stain on the carpet - things laying around on the floor that were not vacuumed up, the pool was really pretty chilly but it iswinter in Michigan.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. A couple areas of concern where the fridge didn't seem to get very cool at all when I put items in and turned the dial to a very cold setting. Also, the outlet I plugged the coffee maker into seemed rather loose from the wall outlet. Should probably look into that as it could become a fire hazard. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there was somebody out in the parking lot of the East Town Plaza that was racing their car around and making a lot of noise with their loud muffler system that you hear on most small sport cars being driven by hammerheads.

I asked when checkout was because I had a late night meeting. Front desk told me checkout was at 12:00. Why would I have two separate house keepers barge into my room at 9:30 and 10:00. Tv was also extremely dim to where it couldn’t be viewed. Not that I care about the tv just the principle.

I stayed in room 202 on 2/7/26 and woke up In the morning on 2/8/26 with a few bite on my neck as the day progressed more bits kept appearing in the classic bed bugs pattern. I have over 25 bites as of now and that’s unacceptable. I should be refunded my stay. As now I have to worry that I may have taken some home with me or they are now in my car.

This hotel was very nice! Clean, updated and staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. It was also in a very nice location near an outdoor mall, complete with shopping and restaurants. My only complaint was that there were kids running up and down the halls until very late into the night (past 11pm) - I called the front desk to send someone up to take care of it but no one answered.
