The room accommodations were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and my stay was enjoyable overall. The only downside was that I wasn't able to eat breakfast because the breakfast area didn't open until 7:00 a.m., which was later than my schedule allowed. Other than that, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

Great staff and rooms. I only wish the pool was working. My kids were looking forward to swim, but weren't able too. I would say, the toilets are really low. If you have knee issues, ask for a room with high toilets. The staff was able to help.

The hotel was mentioned as being newly renovated which might be true except for the bathroom and the cieling in the room itself. Looked nasty and mouldy and had a nasty smell to it. Mentioned it at check-out and they didn’t seem to care at all.

My room had a gross orange stain in the tub by the drain, and the shower head was corroded with green build up. There were pink mildew trails in the tiles. Just seemed like it had been neglected and a less than clean bathroom kinda ruins the whole stay. The rest of the property was unremarkable but I expected better upkeep from this brand.

Every thing were great from room to breakfast and staff were amazing except we were expecting the pool to be opened as there was no mention of it being closed when we made the booking. However,, we still enjoyed the stay and definitely will recommend the property.
The gym is very convenient because it is open 24 hours

the hotel is very unhygienic and there are bed fleas (It turns out that many different guests have been uploading photos and videos on online platforms and social media to criticize the hotel for poor hygiene, pest infestations, and harming tourists.) and the hotel's equipment is outdated and dilapidated. Also, the hotel management is extremely poor and unsatisfactory, treating hotel guests very badly.
