I loved staying there. I was there for 4 days. Single woman by myself, always felt safe. Great location close to restaurants, banks, Starbucks, the mall, the highway. Staff was excellent and the other guest were friendly. Room was clean, I used the air conditioning and the heat, both worked great. Breakfast was always hot and fresh, and I didn't show up till the last hour. I would appreciate more variety of fresh fruits. I would book this place every time I needed to come to Lansing or the surrounding area.

The air conditioning in our unit did not work. Since we did not notice until 11:30 pm, we did not want to re-pack up and move rooms. After telling the desk manager in the morning, she was very apologetic and offered future benefits. On a positive note, check-in receptionist Chris Christen was professional, friendly, efficient and engaging. All the staff were great
