The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very well accommodated, and we enjoyed our staff immensely. It was great to be so close to the Lansing Shuffle and downtown restaurants (go to Strange Matter - totally worth the walk for good coffee, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and even better people!).

Weekend street parking is free, and found a spot on the side street next tot he hotel, so that was a bonus. Room was nice, and clean. Convenient location to walk to multiple restaurants and bars. The Riverwalk nearby was very nice with a sculptures and installation pieces.

The room was clean and staff were very friendly. We parked on the street for free over the weekend. There is a garage next door in which you can pay for parking. I'm not certain of the fees. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast. It was pretty good. I would definitely recommend the hotel stay.
