Beware!!!!!

Room was not as advertised. Supposed to have two queens, but had two standards. Bed sagged to the middle, small, and uncomfortable. Presentation of building was depressing. Swimming pool was cold. Won’t ever stay here again.

A really convenient and nice area of Lansing. This isn't a luxury hotel but for the price, it's a great stay. Would do it again

They gave us keys to room that we're already occupied. With three women in our group, we walked out. We didn't feel safe staying in a hotel where they were giving out keys to occupied rooms.

There are restaurants in the area and a farmer's market close by. The hotel is outdated but our room was clean and everything was in working order. The staff was friendly and greeted us right away. I would stay here again since its close to family that I was visiting

This place smells like it flooded and they kept the carpet. It’s dingy and so many things were visibly rusted in our room. Not sure where the room is that is pictured, but it’s not like the room we were assigned. We weren’t able to cancel our 2nd night without a penalty fee (so we’d be out the money we paid for 2 nights PLUS a fee???) so we just stayed with family on night 2 and returned Sunday morning to “check out.” Please pay attention to reviews because it appears many of the positive ones are fake.

Must be a Franchise. DIRTY. We were only there 1 night and I never want to go back. The only reason I am not giving it one star is bc I believe the sheets were clean and the bathroom looked clean. The sofa was so stained up that I put bath towels on the cushion (bottom+back) We didn't use any ice...see pic. At Bkft the lady watching the dining room told my husband that his service dog has to go back to the room. I educated her on federal law, nicely and she was very accommodating afterwards but really? The ADA law was passed in the 80's. Last but not least, we had to switch rooms bc the toilet got clogged and the front desk told us that the housekeepers had gone home. We asked for a plunger and we could unclog it ourselves. After an hour it was decided to move us. It is very annoying to have to pack up your toiletries and other stuff just bc a hotel with over 50 rooms can't find one stupid plunger. Go buy one for Pete's sake!!!

Disgusting

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The floors were stained everywhere and everything from the hallways to the rooms smelled HORRIBLE. We were given 1 towel for 4 people. I would rate this less than 1 star if I could.

This hotel was very dirty and poorly staffed. Carpet was very stained. Trash on the floor in hallways. Overflowing trash in the breakfast room so everyone left trash on the counters. Sticky substance on lock in room. Room phone didn't work. No staff at front desk.
